What if the share price changes?

The old front door of the simulator. Still here for the people who actually think in percentages.

From €10.00 today → €10.00 0%
Your 1 000 unlocked €10 000 gross at the new price
Tax taken −€2 700 Norwegian rate (~27%)
In your pocket €7 300 after tax, at the new price
This is the calculator, not the simulator. The number is right, but it doesn't tell you when you can sell, what the lock-up does, or what happens if you leave. That's what the co-pilot is for.
Why this prototype looks the way it does — design notes
AI fluency

Math is shown, not hidden

Every co-pilot answer ends with the calculation it used. If the user disagrees with the number, they can disagree with the math — not the opaque output.

Risk mitigated

Ask "should I sell?" and watch what happens

The co-pilot won't answer. It explains what it can do instead, and offers concrete comparison questions. The risk of an AI giving wrong financial advice is too high.

Problem reframed

The slider is the second tab, not the first

The old simulator opened on a slider. People who think in percentages still get one. People who think in life events get the chat — and that's most people.

Built unprompted

Country picker — same programme, different math

Switch Norway / UK / Germany at the top. The numbers re-calculate. Same RSUs, different tax rules — the case for AI in the explanation, not just the calculation.
